AVB flops cant beat the nerves

New Spurs chief AVB is without a win in three Premier League games after suffering a second successive 1-1 home draw as Robert Snodgrass grabbed an 85th-minute equaliser for Norwich.
The former Chelsea boss has seen his odds of being sacked slashed from 14-1 to 6-1.
And AVB, who also saw sub Tom Huddlestone sent off in the final minute, said: We want to see the team have more confidence and that will happen when we show less anxiety.
It was not the start we wanted or deserved.
We had two good games against Newcastle and West Brom which we did not get the two wins and now we drew against Norwich.
You have to accept it. It is not the ideal start to the season and we have to keep working hard.
Obviously you have to understand we are doing everything in our power to get it.
This was a different game to the West Brom match but a goal conceded in the same way.
We have to work on our concentration and sharpness.
Spurs were booed off at the break before £15million new-boy Mousa Dembele put them ahead.
Villas-Boas plans to appeal against Huddlestones red card for a challenge on Canaries Jonny Howson.
The White Hart Lane chief said: I think it is extremely harsh. I am not sure it would have changed the game but it was a harsh red card.
