Gustavo: I'll stay at Bayern despite Arsenal link

Luiz Gustavo vows to stay at Bayern Munich despite Arsenal interest
Luiz Gustavo has vowed to stay at Bayern Munich this summer despite interest from Arsenal.
The Brazil utility man has emerged as a key target for the Gunners in recent weeks, with manager Arsene Wenger keen to significantly strengthen his squad.
But despite talk of an £8million bid, Gustavo says he intends to remain at Bayern and fight for his place next term.

I want to stay at Bayern Munich, he said.

I am under contract with the club and I want to fulfill that commitment.
I have been in a position to fight for a first team role throughout my career. I will keep on fighting this year, too.
Gustavo will face a real battle for match time next season, with new boss Pep Guardiola already adding Thiago Alcantara and Mario Gotze to an abundance of midfield options.
But despite the need to play regular football in order to secure his place in the Brazil squad for next summers World Cup, the 25-year-old is ready to take his chances at the Allianz Arena.
Arsenal will now have to look elsewhere, with Toulouses Etienne Capoue and the Freiburg star Matthias Ginter more attainable targets.
