Harry Redknapp confirms QPR want to sign Emmanuel Adebayor from Spurs
QPR manager Harry Redknapp has confirmed he is keen on signing Tottenham misfit Emmanuel Adebayor on loan.
Adebayor, who was a target for Besiktas and Schalke during the summer transfer window, is on the fringes of life at White Hart Lane after falling out with Andre Villas-Boas.
And after being banished to the reserve team this week, the striker is desperate to be allowed to depart Spurs, and QPR are lining up an audacious loan swoop.
The news was confirmed by Rs boss Redknapp on Friday, who also confessed that despite Adebayors difficult situation, doing business will not be easy.
