Arsenal not giving up on Madrid hitman Benzema

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger hasnt given up on Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema and will make another move for the France international in January.
Wenger is desperate to boost his attacking options but his efforts to land Benzema in the summer transfer window suffered a blow after the striker appeared reluctant to move.
Benzema had found himself out of favour at the Bernabeu but has recently been handed more opportunities and as a result has started to rediscover his goal-scoring touch.
Mesut Ozils £42million move to the Emirates in the summer has shown that the Gunners are now prepared to compete with Europes top sides and his switch to north London could see Benzema reassess his own situation.

Should Wenger again miss out on his preferred target then he may switch his interest to Juventus hitman Fernando Llorente.
Llorente had been open to a move to the Premier League after being left frustrated with his limited starts in Italy, however, his fortunes have changed in Turin and he may decide to stay with a World Cup year approaching.
