PETR CECH will wait until next summer to have surgery on his injured elbow.
Chelseas Czech Republic keeper, 30, is out of tonights World Cup 2014 qualifier against Finland and the Blues have asked that he not play in any more friendlies.
Czech team doctor Petr Krejci said: Petr cannot stretch the arm properly.
If he has to stretch the elbow, it hurts him sometimes.
But there is nothing to be worried about.
