Pizarro set for shock City return, reveals uncle
David Pizarro is set for a shock return to Manchester City this summer, according to his uncle Aurelio Cortez.
Pizarro, who made five appearances for City while on loan from Roma in 2012, has been told he can leave current club Fiorentina for a nominal fee.
And now incoming City boss Manuel Pellegrini appears to have set his sights on the 33-year-old midfielder, with his uncle revealing a return to the Etihad Stadium is on the cards.
Davids next club will be Manchester City, said Cortez.
Thats because of the influence of Pellegrini.

It is also believed that another one of Pizarros former clubs, Roma, have also approached the player over a deal, but he has set his heart on a return to England.
Elsewhere, City are on the cusp of adding another two midfielders with Jesus Navas and Fernandinho set to seal transfers.
