And he admits Spurs determination to keep star man Bale, who has been targeted by both Real Madrid and Manchester United, as well as boss Andre Villas-Boas, has been a key factor in his decision.

This summer there has been interest in their coach and their best player and they have been clear they are both not going anywhere.
