Newcastle director of football Joe Kinnear in talks with Mick Harford
Mick Harford is in talks with Newcastle to work with Joe Kinnear, according to Sky sources.
Kinnear returned to St James' Park in June as Director of Football four years after parting company as manager of the club due to health issues.
Harford recently joined the coaching staff at Millwall, but has been given the opportunity to work at his home town club.
The 54-year-old played under Kinnear during their time together at Wimbledon and remains a close friend of the Irishman.
