Ozil 'bottled it' at Madrid, jibes Zidane

Real Madrid assistant Zinedine Zidane has fired a new jibe at Mesut Ozil by saying the play-maker didnt have the bottle to fight for his place at the Bernabeu.
Ozil moved to Arsenal on transfer deadline day in a £42.5million deal, less than 24 hours after Madrid brought in Gareth Bale from Tottenham.
And according to Zidane, Ozil lacked the strength and will to fight for his place and Madrid and instead fled to the Gunners.
Ozil decided to leave, explained Zidane.
He is a good player who has given us so much so we wish him well.

There are some players who responded with strength to for a place but not everybody reacted like this.
Angel Di Maria responded well and he wanted to fight [despite transfer speculation].
The jibe will only further infuriate Ozil, who is currently locked in a war-of-words with his former club over the acrimonious exit.
The Germany international was branded unprofessional by Madrid president Florentino Perez last week, and is now plotting legal action over the claims.
Ozil, who will make his Arsenal debut against Sunderland at the weekend, refused to dwell on Madrid at his unveiling on Thursday.
