Messi hasn't demanded Ronaldo wage parity, say Barca
Barcelona president Sandro Rosell has rejected suggestion that Lionel Messi will demand parity with Critsiano Ronaldo in the wake of the Real Madrid mans bumper new contract.
The Portuguese striker will reportedly pocket £280k-per-week, making him the highest paid player in the world a fact Spanish reports claim has irked four-time Ballor dOr winner Messi, who only penned a new deal with Barca back in February.
However, Rosell has quickly moved to dispel the rumours, insisting Messi has not come to him with any new pay demands.

Rosell is also expecting to deliver good news on Andres Iniesta in the near future, with the World Cup-winning midfielder in discussions regarding an extension to a deal which is due to run until 2015.
He added: Iniestas renewal wont be a problem. The wish of both parties is to renew the contract.
