Blues keeping close tabs on teen Brandt
Chelsea are believed to be lining up yet another midfielder as they track German teenager Julian Brandt.
The 17-year-old, currently on the books of Wolfsburg, has not yet broken into the first team but has impressed at international level, working through the ranks of the German age groups.
And the Blues are believed to be eyeing a move for the youngster as they plan to get ahead of the game and snap him up before other clubs come calling.
Brandt has scored three goals in five games for Wolfsburgs under-19 side this season and has also chipped in with five assists from the left wing.

His team have won all of their matches this term, which in itself could see clubs from around Europe sending scouts to watch the talented youngsters.
But if Chelsea were to lure the youngster to Stamford Bridge, he would certainly be one for the future with boss Jose Mourinho already boasting a plethora of players in Brandts position.
