AVB slams Lord Sugar's Tottenham 'agenda'
Under-fire Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas has insinuated he is the victim of a Lord Sugar-driven campaign to have him sacked.
The former Spurs chairman was particularly outspoken in his criticism of Villas-Boas last week following Spurs 6-0 walloping at Manchester City.
The entrepreneur expressed bafflement at Villas-Boas tactics and called for the Portuguese to be replaced by the now-retired Sir Alex Ferguson. He also took to Twitter
However, after todays 2-2 draw at home to Manchester United, Villas-Boas came out fighting when quizzed about ongoing speculation about his position.
He said: I think its a very driven agenda by somebody that doesnt honour the club, neither myself nor my players.
Villas-Boas then followed that up with a pointed comment about one of his most vocal critics, adding: Its their [the fans'] team, their passion and they dont trade it for anything else, not like Alan Sugar who trades it for money.
